Most managers never imagined that “being the boss” would be so difficult. These specialized management training modules are designed to make it easier for people leaders to succeed and manage the often conflicting expectations between direct reports, leadership, peers, and customers.

Each customized management development program uses real-life, mission critical scenarios and playbooks from your organization with a combination of the following steps in a way that makes sense for your unique situation:

  1. Pre-workshop training assessments, 360-degree surveys, interviews, microlearning, and articles.
  2. One-, two- or three-day leader-led experiential workshops that can be delivered live or virtually customized to focus on your key scenarios that matter most.
  3. Senior leadership performance coaching and reinforcement sessions.
  4. Action-planning assignments, monitoring, and review.
  5. Post-workshop group coaching and learning reinforcement sessions.
  6. Post-workshop one-on-one coaching and microlearning reinforcement sessions.
  7. Weekly online follow-up tools, job aids, and tips.
  8. Behavior-based training measurement survey to measure participant skill adoption and performance impact.
  9. Follow-up assessment or 360-degree survey.
  10. Suggested next steps.
