The proven SLII Experience™ II Training and Consulting Model is the most frequently taught leadership training model in the world over the last 30 years.  It provides a proven road map for a situational approach to leadership focused on leading others in alignment with what they need to be successful. It teaches people in a leadership role, whether formally or informally, to effectively diagnose and manage the performance, capabilities, and motivations of others based upon the situation and the desired results.

Unfortunately, 54% of leaders use only one leadership style, regardless of the situation.  Which means that 50% of the time, leaders are using the wrong leadership style to meet the needs of their people.  In a nutshell, this leadership program’s tools and techniques help leaders, managers, and individual contributors lead at a higher level.

Instructional Design Attributes
The engaging instructional design combines relevant and experiential learning techniques with proven pre- and post-tools to effectively reinforce, measure, and transfer learning,  Targeted learning scenarios using real work problems capture learners’ attention and increase the speed of learning and adoption.

Video Dramas
The program uses current and emotionally compelling videos that leverage Hollywood talent to draw learners into common management scenarios. The videos model effective peer-to-peer interactions as well as “match and mismatch” scenarios. They directly link content to practice and amplify the benefits and painful implications of using or not using critical SLII Experience™ concepts.

Behavioral Outcomes
Participants are pushed to the edge of their comfort zone by participating in challenging activities that require them to demonstrate their proficiency with key SLII Experience™concepts. Then they learn how to integrate the material back on-the-job and into their own personal leadership style.

Online Learning and Job Aids

  • A new 35-minute online learning module enables managers to share what they have learned so everyone on their team is exposed to and can use the language of SLII Experience™.
  • Workshop participants have access to videos, game cards, conversation starters, and streamlined participant materials which include a new 12-module SLII Experience™ Challenge, Fitness Test and Worksheets.
  • SLII Experience™ II Diagnosis Application for smart phones and mobile tablets that enables diagnosis and coaching in real-time.
  • Over 20 online modules for both independent learning and as part of a blended learning solution are also available in the areas of: Goal Setting, Self-Leadership and Diagnosis, Needs and Values, Relating to Temperaments, Diagnosing Others, Matching Your Leadership Styles, Interpersonal Communication, One-on-One Conversations, Alignment Conversations, Listening for Results, Temperaments and Careers, and Understanding Career Development.
