New talent has never been more vital to business success than it is today. Organizations that consistently and efficiently attract, hire and onboard top talent in alignment with their brand and strategy outperform their competition.

Your employer brand is the spirit of your employer/employee agreement.  It is the initial motivation behind why new employees join your organization.
