The proven SLII Experience™ II Training and Consulting Model is the most frequently taught leadership training model in the world over the last 30 years.

It provides a proven road map for a situational approach to leadership focused on leading others in alignment with what they need to be successful.

The program uses current and emotionally compelling microlearning videos that leverage Hollywood talent to draw learners into common management scenarios. Behavioral Outcomes

A 35-minute online learning module enables managers to share what they have learned so everyone on their team is exposed to and can use the language of SLII Experience™.
