Good problem solvers are worth their weight in gold.  Unfortunately, in most companies they are about that rare.  A good manager is good at solving problems and thinking through decisions critically with multiple internal and external stakeholders and various moving parts.

As leaders, it is imperative to teach your people to develop the problem solving and critical thinking skills required to tackle the important and complex business issues needed to move the business forward.  Most of today’s problems have more than one “right” answer, require creative techniques to solve, and often include collaborative teams and multiple levels of stakeholders.

In this proven Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills workshop, participants develop mastery of the necessary problem solving, critical thinking, and innovation tools to maximize the likelihood of an effective solution in multiple situations.

By establishing a common approach to problem solving and prevention, this customized course enables participants from different levels and disciplines to work together to resolve issues critical to their business.  Participants bring real problems from work to solve during the workshop and leave with clear action plans.

  • Differentiate between opinion, belief, fact, and reality
  • Influence opinions
  • Identify basic principles for effective critical thinking
  • List the criteria and characteristics of successful critical thinking
