To set people leaders up for success, they wanted to establish proficiency with the fundamentals of leadership. The overall objective of the People Leadership Fundamentals program was is to level up the confidence and effectiveness of Supervisors, broaden their self awareness of their impact on others, close gaps in expectations of the role, and increase confidence navigating the dynamics of leading people.
