This advanced Managing within the Law Training Program is a follow on compliance course to Managing Within the Law – Part 1. It creates legally astute managers able to confidently navigate the the challenges of accommodating employee needs while simultaneously meeting performance targets.

The program integrates your organization’s policies and procedures, video vignettes, small group discussion, case studies and extensive Q & A. Each workshop is led by a seasoned attorney, experienced trainer, and skilled facilitator with the ability to use personal stories and appropriate humor to make this topic relevant and engaging.

Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and reference guide they can use again and again.
