Approach

  1. Perform individual assessments and interview key stakeholders
  2. Design the workshop based upon your organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals
  3. Hold immediate one-to-one coaching if an individual raises issues that will not be addressed in the workshop
  4. Deliver the innovative and interactive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training program using examples and case studies from your company and other leading global organizations
  5. Conduct individual follow-up, coaching and relevant videos for ongoing learning

Objectives

  • Boost innovation by being more inclusive
  • Recognize bias and take action to mitigate its impact

  • Promote inclusion with employee micro-messages
  • Understand the latest brain science and how we can use it to create allies across differences
  • Use the key concepts and tools to create a culture of inclusion
