Our life sciences client faced increasing competitive pressure and wanted to invest in helping key formal and informal leaders navigate organizational change by learning how to effectively and ethically influence others across the company. The influencing others workshop focused on enabling cross functional teams and supporting a more collaborative culture across all levels of the organization to help improve strategy execution.

The highly customized action learning for leadership development program for leaders, new managers and supervisors consisted of 90-minute virtual workshops held every other week. They focused on:
