Description:
During this one- or two-day train the trainer session, participants learn the art of the interactive presentation and facilitation. Participants explore how to take any content and technical information and present it in a relevant, dynamic and engaging way to increase learning retention and on-the-job skill adoption. Activities are specially selected based upon the types of training participants deliver.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to identify learner outcomes more effectively, pick the right activity for the right audience, customize activities for fit targeted needs, conduct interactive learning exercises, manage the room effectively, deal with difficult participants, adapt activities on the fly and successfully conduct debriefs.
