This interactive two-day Myers Briggs Training workshop is based on the world’s most widely used psychological assessment tool, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Keirsey’s concepts of Temperament.

The proven Myers Briggs Training Program focuses on an objective way to understand human differences.  The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful while interacting at work. The essence of the theory is that much seemingly random variation in the behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent based in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.

Your results from the MBTI® instrument help you become aware of your personality preferences so that you can diagnose, adapt and communicate more effectively with your co-workers.

Being aware of your personal preferences and the preferences of others allows you to better understand and work with those around you to achieve your goals.  A preference is what you like.

You may like, or prefer, being outdoors over indoors. You may prefer reading over watching TV. This does not mean that you won’t sometimes choose, or be pressured to choose, being inside and watching TV. But in general, you will prefer to choose being outside or reading.

The course is specifically designed to help participants understand their Working Style, with its inherent strengths and challenges. They also learn strategies for recognizing the preferences of others and develop practical skills for improving their interpersonal interactions.
