TRAINING SOLUTIONS

Training solutions seek to improve the awareness and insight of specific skills and knowledge relevant to career development, job performance, and professional growth opportunities.  Success is typically measured by participant satisfaction surveys focused on:

  • Job relevance
  • Knowledge gain
  • Facilitator effectiveness
  • Participant satisfaction

Training measurement research consistently shows that stand-alone training, without reinforcement or supporting organizational interventions, leads to sustained behavior and performance change for only about one in five participants on average.

As a result, training solutions are most commonly deployed as open-enrollment programs for individuals and are often used to address foundational compliance, health, hygiene, and professional development learning needs that support talent attraction, engagement, development, and retention.

To maximize effectiveness, training solutions should be aligned with your unique organizational culture and integrated into your existing approaches, frameworks, language, delivery methods, and brand experience.

LEARNING SOLUTIONS

Learning solutions aim to change behavior and improve individual or team performance.  Success is typically measured by the:

  • Adoption of new skills and behaviors
  • Corresponding lift in performance (e.g., revenue, costs, productivity)

To succeed, learning solutions must do three things exceptionally well:

  1. Establish strong relevance across three critical stakeholder groups by aligning the initiative to the priorities of:
    • The Business
    • Leadership — including direct managers and cross-functional peers
    • The Target Audience

    We refer to this as 3×3 Relevance — ensuring the solution is seen as strategically important, operationally valuable, and personally meaningful.

  2. Drive adoption and behavior change by identifying the critical few skills, decisions, and real-world scenarios that matter most. Success requires focused performance coaching, leadership reinforcement, and alignment with supporting business processes and systems.
  3. Measure meaningful impact by connecting skill adoption to key business performance metrics. Effective learning solutions provide clear visibility into progress through coaching scorecards, manager feedback, and performance data that differentiate high and low adopters.

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

Business solutions are designed to create organizational alignment and measurable business impact by aligning corporate culture and talent with business strategy.

Success is typically measured through both short- and long-term improvements in strategic business metrics, including growth, profitability, execution effectiveness, customer loyalty, employee engagement, and retention.

Business solutions are most often deployed as enterprise-wide strategic initiatives led by the executive team to strengthen organizational performance in three critical areas:

  • Strategy: Develop corporate strategies that are clear, credible, actionable, and capable of being successfully executed across the organization.
  • Culture: Build a healthy, high-performing, and strategically aligned culture that enables people and teams to effectively execute business priorities and adapt to change.
  • Talent: Better attract, develop, engage, and retain the talent required to execute the strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and sustain long-term business performance.
