Success is typically measured by participant satisfaction surveys focused on job relevance and applicability, facilitator effectiveness, perceived knowledge gain, pace, instructional design and satisfaction.
Without other supporting interventions, 1-in-5 participants on average will change their behavior and performance from a stand-alone training solution. Training solutions are most often deployed as open-enrollment offerings for individuals and are used to satisfy the basic compliance, health and hygiene learning needs required to attract, develop, engage and retain talent.
