Our client wanted to focus on improving facilitation skills of their in-house facilitators in order to achieve better learning and performance outcomes without having to rely on external resources. They sought to teach their trainers how to be more powerful presenters, flexible facilitators, and effective trainers in a highly matrixed and fast-pace workplace. Participants learned how to change their content and delivery in order to “drop the lecture format” and make their workshop sessions more cohort-based, business relevant, experiential, interactive, audience-centric, and outcome oriented.
