Career Development Training for Managers is built to facilitate workforce readiness, develop employees who are engaged in the business, and improve employee tenure.

The career development programs are designed to provide employees, their managers, and internal career coaches with a clear roadmap of how to develop a meaningful and rewarding career.  They also provide proven tools, assessments, and skills required to make it happen.

Career Development Training for Managers is a customized and experiential workshop specifically designed to give managers a clear picture of their roles and responsibilities in developing the careers of their direct reports.

This proven career development workshop introduces a four-step career development best practices process for the manager to follow, builds the critical skills for career development discussions, and provides a career development toolkit to support employee assessments and career path planning.
