Overview:

In order to build internal bench strength and have skilled employees who can be moved into the right roles at the right time, employees must take ownership for their own career development.

Career Development Training for Employees is built to facilitate workforce readiness, develop employees who are engaged in the business, and improve employee tenure. The career development programs are designed to provide employees, their managers, and internal career coaches with a clear roadmap of how to develop a career.  They also provide proven tools, assessments, and the skills required to make it happen.

Career Development Training for Employees focuses on the skills and best practice tools for employees to “own” their own career development. The career development workshop covers a four step process for the employee to follow, builds the critical skills for career discussions with both their managers and others within the organization, and provides a career development toolkit  to support employee career discovery and internal career path planning.
