Supported and reinforced by company leadership and management, the two-day customized training workshop focused on building both leadership skills and communication skills. On the first day participants learned to effectively diagnose and manage the performance, abilities, and motivations of others. On the second day they focused on developing meaningful relationships with their teammates as they learned and practiced ways to adapt their communication style to those they need to influence or persuade.

As part of a new manager training academy, the action learning leadership development approach for the Situational Leadership and Communication Skills included:
