This Executive Development program for 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students, Team Interventions to Doctoral Students, is focused on skill development in the consulting process with a particular emphasis on leading group and team interventions.
Based upon change management simulation data, this action learning leadership development programs includes both theory and hands-on practice intervening with groups from executive teams through project teams during times of major change and for improving performance. Entry, data assessment, design, and change management consulting delivery of interventions are covered. Consulting competencies are practiced in real time with opportunities for clarification, feedback and reinforcement throughout the term.
