To achieve these goals, the client decided to heavily customize and implement as their company-wide platform to replace 50+ disparate systems and processes.

Unfortunately, 12 months into the project after deadlines were missed and costs were expanding, leadership realized that their system integrator did not have the change management consulting expertise to:

  • Design a Practical Change Management Plan
    Create an effective change management plan that all key stakeholders commit to and that makes sense for the firm’s unique culture and capabilities.
  • Enable Change Management Implementation
    Support the team with implementing the change plan so that “hearts and minds” portion of the ERP implementation is successful.

    Assess change readiness of key stakeholders to benchmark and baseline for training and navigating change.
  4. Increase Change Management Skills
    Train core group of Change Catalysts and the Change Leadership Team on the people side of change, communication, stakeholder engagement, accountability, and feedback.
  5. Agree Upon Next Steps
    Based upon change management training results, create a 90-day change roadmap of specific actions related to communication, pulse checks, stakeholder engagement, accountability, feedback, and an assessment of change leadership and change catalyst capabilities.
