  • Speed: There was a sense of urgency for the new senior team to establish its credibility in the marketplace and in the financial markets while driving major changes in the organization.

Approach

  1. Leadership 360: Interviews plus a 360º feedback process to assess the current dynamics
  2. Executive Coaching: 1×1 coaching for the executive team based upon the 360 results and business strategy
  3. Team-based learning: Targeted development for the CEO through the top fifteen leaders of the organization including role specific feedback and individual development action plans.

Results

  • Executive leadership became much stronger and focused.
  • Those who did not have the capabilities for the current challenge departed and the executive team became much more successful at leading strategic execution.
  • Market share and strategic focus are stronger than ever.
