Complications

  • New Leadership
    As a result of a recent spin-off, virtually all of the senior leaders across the enterprise were new to their positions of authority.

    There was a sense of urgency for the new senior team to establish its credibility in the marketplace and in the financial markets while simultaneously driving major changes across the organization.

Approach
The approach used three main steps:

  1. Leadership 360
    Interviews plus a 360º feedback process to assess the current culture and organizational dynamics.
  2. Executive Coaching
    1×1 coaching for the executive team based upon the 360 results and tied to strategic priorities.
  3. Team-based Learning
    Targeted development for the CEO through the top fifteen leaders of the organization including role specific feedback, customized leadership action learning, and individual development action plans.

Results
Effective 360 Feedback and Leadership Development resulted in:
