Based upon our proven instructor-led Behavioral Interviewing Workshop, Online Behavioral Interviewing Training is 2-hour online learning program that provides just-in-time instruction on the key skills required to interview anyone.  Drawing on over 25-years experience teaching competency-based behavioral interviewing, we’ve now condensed these powerful techniques into an interactive format for busy managers and professionals to learn right at their desk.

Online Behavioral Interviewing TrainingThis program has been approved for credit toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute and include one year access to Online Interview Support Tools to create competency based job profiles, generate Interview Guides, evaluate candidates, and reinforce critical interviewing skills with models and video examples.
