Based upon our proven instructor-led Behavioral Interviewing Workshop, Online Behavioral Interviewing Training is 2-hour online learning program that provides just-in-time instruction on the key skills required to interview anyone.  Drawing on over 25-years experience teaching competency-based behavioral interviewing, we’ve now condensed these powerful techniques into an interactive format for busy managers and professionals to learn right at their desk.
