As a Master Trainer, Executive Coach and Instructional Designer, Tara has extensive leadership and employee development experience. She has created custom large scale leadership development training programs in her seventeen years with commercial sales leaders in multiple divisions of Abbott Labs.
For the last decade, she has worked with companies such as Salesforce, Stanford Health Care, Genentech, Gilead, and Trimble to facilitate leadership and employee development programs that help both established and emerging leaders, teams, and organizations be more effective.
She is passionate about the creative application of modern instruction design and delivery techniques and platforms and committed to delivering impact at speed, at scale, and in sustainable ways. She designs and facilitates professional development programs that elevate self-awareness, empathy, inclusion, resilience, and performance.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Boston College – where she also played soccer.
