He provides expertise in the areas of career development, engagement and retention and business strategy and has designed organizational structures, consulted and conducted programs for employees and managers ranging from small entrepreneurial businesses to large corporations including Intel Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and IntelliQuote.
Michael received a Master’ of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management from Golden Gate University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from University of Dallas where he also became an adjunct faculty member.
