Becky is a sought after advisor and coach for executives and their teams to assess and enhance excellence in human performance. She works with diverse C-Suite and VP level leaders in technology, financial services, and healthcare to support their company’s growth and transitions.
Since 2003 she has conducted empirically validated assessments of leadership, team dynamics, and organizational culture to coach leaders and teams on actions that are necessary for success. She is known for her ability to help companies, teams, and leaders to address highly challenging situations related to leadership, teaming, and the execution of strategy.
Previously Becky was a faculty member and investigator for NIHfunded studies on health and behavior at University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, and Director of Organizational Psychology at California School of Professional Psychology. Becky holds a Ph.D. in psychology from The George Washington University and was a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University.
She is recognized for her contributions to the field of organizational psychology and was elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA) and president-elect of APA’s Consulting Division.
