She is certified in a number of behavioral assessment tools including StrengthFinders 2.0, The Myers Briggs Type Indicator, The Birkman™ Method, EQ-I 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), DiSC, Firo-B, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Personnel Decision International (PDI) and Lominger 360 Feedback Tool, Leadership Practices Inventory (Kouzes & Posner) and the CPI 260.
She has served on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over seven years, and is certified as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) through SHRM. Ashley served as the Advisory Chair for the 2013 Philadelphia SHRM Symposium Conference. At Temple University, Ashley was an adjunct professor and was on the Executive Board as the Alliance Relations Chair for the Professional Women’s Roundtable (PWR).

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Chester University, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore.
