LSA’s President Teaching Leadership Consulting Skills: Group/Team Interventions to Doctoral Students

Santa Clara, CA, October 1, 2012 – LSA Global, the premier one-stop world-wide training outsourcing and consulting firm that focuses on achieving measurable business results with a select group of life science, technology and service industry clients, today announced that Alan Krepack, LSA’s President and head of LSA Global’s Leadership and Organizational Development Practice, is teaching Consulting Skills: Group/Team Interventions at California School of Professional Psychology Alliant International University.

This Executive Development program for 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students is focused on skill development in the consulting process with a particular emphasis on leading group and team interventions. 

This includes both theory and hands-on practice intervening with groups from executive teams through project teams during times of major change and for improving performance. Entry, data assessment, design and delivery of interventions are covered. Consulting competencies are practiced in real time with opportunities for clarification, feedback and reinforcement throughout the term.
