This Executive Development program for 2nd and 3rd year doctoral students is focused on skill development in the consulting process with a particular emphasis on leading group and team interventions.
This includes both theory and hands-on practice intervening with groups from executive teams through project teams during times of major change and for improving performance. Entry, data assessment, design and delivery of interventions are covered. Consulting competencies are practiced in real time with opportunities for clarification, feedback and reinforcement throughout the term.
