This leading healthcare client was undergoing major organizational change to combat competitive and strategic shifts in their marketplace. In order to succeed, the company wanted to invest in the leadership skills of key managers in order to help navigate organizational change by better influencing those around them. They knew that having influence at work was all about getting things done cross functionally through a more collaborative culture across all levels of the organization.
The highly customized action learning for leadership development program for new managers and supervisors consisted of 6 virtual workshops occurring approximately every other week. It focused on the following areas:
