  • Make more accurate and less biased director and senior director hiring and promotion decisions

Director and Senior Director Assessment Center Process

  1. Kickoff Define and communicate the purpose, plan, success metrics, and relative importance of the Director and Senior Director Assessment to all key stakeholders.

  2. Schedule Assessment Directors and Senior Directors receive an email with a scheduling link to select a session that works for them. The system then automatically schedules behavioral psychologists who will be assessing each participant.

  3. Complete Director and Senior Director Assessment Pre-work Once scheduled, participants receive access to pre-work which includes instructions, psychometric tests, and background reading of the level- and role-specific job simulations and assignments for a day in the life in a fictitious organization.

  4. Conduct Virtual Simulation Assessment In the Midlevel Director Competency Assessment, Directors and Senior Directors are given 1-3 hours to respond to purposefully designed exercises and prompts including in-basket requests, e-mails, interactions, presentations, decisions, interviews, and other management challenges relevant to potential, new, and experienced leaders responsible for leading, managing, and coaching other leaders.

  5. Receive Assessment Results Certified professional assessors and smart technology score participants’ behaviors against research-backed and client aligned leadership competencies required for success in your unique workplace culture. Reports are customized to reflect client-specific competencies. Individual and group comparisons are available. One-on-one feedback is given by certified coaches to the leader and the participants.

  6. If Applicable, Start Development Based on the assessment results, a customized individual development plan is created combined with daily leadership nudges to encourage practice, drive behavior changes, and tracks progress over time using AI to rapidly develop and improve participants chances for success.
