Hiring is the most important decision most managers make, but interviewing and selecting candidates are often poorly developed skills. With the laws around hiring becoming increasingly complex, no one has the luxury of making a bad or illegal hiring decision.  For hiring managers, legal interviewing training is a must.

Disgruntled applicants are far more likely to file claims, both with the EEOC and with the courts, if they don’t think the selection process was fair. In this business and legal climate, managers must develop an interviewing strategy that will support them in selecting top talent, avoiding the bad apples, and not creating legal risk.

Our attorney-trainers are skilled facilitators with years of experience in the courtroom and in the classroom. The half-day  program is highly experiential with group interaction, case studies, video vignettes, skill-building exercises, and plenty of time to ask questions. Participants receive a comprehensive workbook and reference guide they can use again and again.
