  • Connecting between coaches and performers
  • Conducting a coaching Meeting
  • Utilizing these tools in eBay’s environment where time is a major constraint
  • Utilizing eBay’s performance management tools, terminology, and process
  • Increase awareness of how Performance Leadership behaviors affect eBay’s culture, values, and success.

Approach

  1. Assess: Review and understand eBay Performance Management tools, terminology, and processes.
  2. Executive Support: Present objectives and approach at Monthly Executive Team Meeting for approval and input
  3. Implement: Design and deliver a customized pilot program to key directors and managers.
  4. Adjust and Roll-out: Continuously improve and deliver additional workshops for approximately 200+ directors and managers.

Results

  • 92.8% satisfaction for 225 directors and managers
  • 115% reported knowledge gain for 225 directors and managers
