He focuses on helping clients to create a competitive advantage by aligning their cultures and developing leaders who are the ambassadors of that culture by providing thought leadership, assessing and designing creative solutions, and helping to put the right people in place to execute on key strategies.
His special talent is an ability to merge two seemingly opposing ideas and create something better than both.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in MIS and Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin and my MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management
