Jane has more than 20 years’ experience in skillfully designing and delivering high quality and impactful customer learning experiences.
Her passion and “in the trenches” perspective from having been an operations leader in both service and sales environments enables her to create relevant, client-centric, and engaging learning solutions.
He has led a customer care and inside operations team, created, hired, and managed training and supervisory teams responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences, designed, developed, and implemented coaching models and leadership training, and designed a variety of blended learning experiences in service, sales, and support environments.
She has also taught business communications as an adjunct professor.
She received an M.Ed. in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Speech Communications: Radio/TV from Southwest Minnesota State University.
