Diana has over 20 years of experience across all aspects of learning and development including creating and facilitating virtual, online, and classroom training, designing training and leadership programs, leadership coaching, and leading project teams.
She is a dynamic training specialist and certified leadership coach with a strong passion for developing and inspiring the talents of others. A natural motivator, Diana is excellent at building strong partnerships with her clients, and helping organizations and individuals achieve their learning goals and optimize performance.
She specializes in training delivery and facilitation, leadership and personal coaching, creating organization-wide training programs, communications and public speaking training and coaching, facilitating new hire orientation programs, content development, designing and implementing management and leadership development programs, and working with women in business and leadership.
Diana was the Talent and Development Manager for AT&T Information Services, where she designed and launched programs focused on building a culture of excellence.
Diana holds a BA in Social Sciences from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from San Diego State.
