Daniela is an international facilitator, coach, and consult focused on sales, negotiations, positioning, customer service, communications, leadership, and management development.
She believes to bring about improvement a multitude of aspects come into play: structural adjustments, a change in the management approach, coaching or a combination of coaching and training.
She aims to ensure that every participant realizes new behavior in an authentic manner that gives each participant the space they need to contribute and reflect on their own personality and strengths. She uses tried and tested models of success and is fluent in German, English, French and Dutch.
Daniela studied business administration in Düsseldorf and Colorado. After completing her studies, she worked in sales in France and the Netherlands. Her experience includes, among other things, the establishment of a European sales network for a software manufacturer.
