She has coached over 3,000 people and facilitates customized sales training programs for sales leaders, field sales, and inside sales. She most enjoys helping people, whether a sales rep or a sales manager, tackle whatever challenge or perceived limitation in front of them that is keeping them from their goals.

Bobbi holds a Masters in Positive Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management. Prior, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Performance and Development from DePaul University.
