The proven business change management simulation tackles a realistic change project using proven processes, behaviors, tools, and skills that drive organizational change. Facilitated by experienced change management consulting experts, the simulation is based on foundational change principles that can be mapped to change methodologies like Kotter, ADKAR, Change Curve, and Lewin’s 3-Stages.
