The two-day customized workshop focused on building both leadership and communication skills. On the first day participants learned to effectively diagnose and manage the performance, abilities, and motivations of others. On the second day they focused on developing meaningful relationships with their teammates as they learned and practiced ways to adapt their communication style to those they need to influence or persuade.
