Maggie is a proven Leadership Development Consultant and Human Resources professional with deep expertise creating executive talent programs and succession plans through a customer-centric and consultative approach with her key stakeholders. She thrives at coaching people to reach their full potential.
She began her career at GE where she graduated from the GE Human Resources Leadership Program, held multiple positions of increasing scope including P&L experience, led global HR strategy implementations, and drove significant cultural change during an acquisition.
She later led the HR function for the YMCA with over 4000 employees and 24 sites. She created core HR processes and managed the significant cultural change associated with integrating new HR processes within the organization.
Maggie most recently led TIAA’s Executive Leadership Development and Coaching Practice where she developed and managed top talent leadership programs for high potential strategic and mid-level leaders across multiple levels of the organization.
Maggie earned her SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from HRCI and is ICF certified in Performance Coaching. She is also certified in various assessments including the Bates Executive Presence (ExPI), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I 2.0), MBTI, StrengthFinders, and Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment.
Maggie holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business from University of North Carolina Wilmington where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and an MBA from James Madison University where she graduated in the top 5% of her class.
