The customized training program focused on how to communicate more effectively with anyone. Participants learned to be more open-minded so they could understand and appreciate the strengths of the different styles of their co-workers. They increased their sensitivity to other styles and practiced strategies for tackling difficult conversations without harming relationships. Not only was the session full of fun but it was “eye-opening” and will have a “significant impact on (my) life.”
