This up and coming services client has been growing at almost 40% per year over the last four years.  Client satisfaction scores have been consistently high, the product has been perceived as “good” and the team has been generally staffed with “A” players.  The organizational culture has been one of family and friends working together. People generally have done what it takes to create jobs for people and keep them around and happy. This has created a high degree of loyalty and engagement.

The client’s goals were to create increased strategic and operational clarity for the upcoming year of hyper growth projections.

  • There was not a clear and agreed upon vision of where the company was going to provide the necessary direction and inspiration during hyper growth
