Redwood Shores, CA – LSA Global, the business consulting and training firm that helps fast growth life science, technology, and service companies by powerfully aligning their culture and talent with strategy, today announced results for a program focused on Building Stronger Healthcare Teams at a Leading Blood Center.
Wanting to create team clarity to lift performance, the Building Stronger Healthcare Teams Program was based upon the understanding that a high performing, collaborative team is essential to the smooth working of a blood center. The customized and engaging learn-by-doing high performance teams workshop helped this intact team rise to the next level of performance.
Participants learned how to communicate more effectively with their team members by “being aware of and understanding the different working styles of coworkers.” Team leaders learned the mindsets and skills required to drive team clarity, unlock team commitment, motivate team action, and empower a diverse team to do their best work. They learned and practiced approaches to leverage diverse strengths, navigate change, and deliver impactful results. Each team leader is now better able to ensure their team is more productive, innovative, and engaged, resulting in consistently high performance and retention of top talent.
