The customized workshop focused on building the communication skills of a pre-clinical research team. Participants learned and practiced how to recognize communication differences, take others’ communication styles into consideration, and adjust their styles as needed to communicate more effectively. They agreed to work more collaboratively in order to increase their strengths and success as a team.
