He is and organizational psychologist with comprehensive experience and expertise in executive coaching, individual development, transitions management, HR strategic planning, and interpersonal relations.
Steve typically works with executives, senior leaders, and high potential talent at important junctures or transition points in their careers. He builds trusted relationships with a direct, honest, and open communication style and uses a direct, reality-based, developmental approach that helps leaders to reach new levels of understanding and performance.
In many instances, Steve helps his clients to refine key skills to more effectively manage new and more complex roles, rapidly changing environments, different mixes of direct reports, new team challenges, and organizational shifts.
Steve has a PhD in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology/Alliant University and an MA in political science from California State University.
