Early in his career, he crafted and led a complex, multi-site labor negotiation for a luxury brand — securing a balanced agreement that protected both operations and employees. He went on to guide an investment fund’s Managing Director through critical strategic decisions and teamed up with a Global Sales Director to accelerate a multinational’s entry into new regions.
For seven years, Stefano taught advanced negotiation tactics at Bologna Business School, shaping tomorrow’s leaders. Simultaneously, he designed and rolled out tailored global sales training programs for major players in the pharmaceutical and food sectors, ensuring their teams stayed aligned and performance-driven.
Rooted in behavioral design and hands-on experience, Stefano holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, an M.Sc. in Materials Science from the University of Pavia, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Sapienza University of Rome.
