She has worked both as an outside attorney for one of the country’s largest law firms and as an in-house employment attorney for a Fortune 500 company.
She has represented management in all facets of employment litigation and counseled management on a wide range of employment law issues. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Laura gained her initial experience in workplace compliance and harmony working as a Human Resources Director.
She is a trusted legal and business advisor with a unique perspective and understanding of employment law issues and concerns and their impact on business operations.
Laura has been delivering harassment prevention, HR, manager, and one-on-one sensitivity training for executives, managers, and employees, since 2018.
She received a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) in Human Resources, International Business, and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
