  • Reviewing existing North American and European inside sales competency frameworks
  • Conducting focus groups and interviews for core sales and non-sales functions
  • Leveraging feedback from focus groups and interviews to create inside sales competency frameworks for enterprise-wide alignment
  • Recommending additional and/or different inside sales competencies to close any perceived gaps
  • Socializing recommended inside sales competency framework with leadership, top performers, HR, and other key stakeholders
  • Making final revisions to the inside sales competency framework based on socialization
