Santa Clara, CA, November 1, 2009 – LSA Global, the premier one-stop learning and consulting services firm, today announced the launch of its Customer Loyalty Practice and the promotion of Anne Ivey Slough from Senior Account Consultant to Practice Director. Ms. Slough will lead LSA’s Customer Loyalty Practice with responsibility for the practice’s diagnostic and needs assessment, consulting, learning, coaching, implementation, and measurement offerings. In addition to adding value to our clients in these areas, she will also serve as a key member of our team charged with driving product, service, and solution innovation to help our customers succeed.

Prior to joining LSA Global, Ms. Slough held key consulting and business development roles at several organizations where she partnered with senior level executives to implement performance initiatives and strategies. She has an extensive background in developing business plans, diagnosing operational gaps, implementing results-oriented sales cultures, and helping organizations create and live their brand promise.
While Ms. Slough has worked extensively in the financial services industry in the United States and abroad, her career expertise also spans retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, high-tech, and pharmaceutical sectors. Ms. Slough received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications and a Master of Arts in English from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.
