The customized workshop focused on building the skills of the managers of this non-profit organization so they could more effectively manage the performance of their team members and more confidently handle difficult conversations. They came to understand the negative impact of sub-standard performers on the rest of the team as well as how to give constructive feedback and discuss consequences of underperformance with those who need to improve their skills on-the-job.
