The three-year initiative focuses on tapping 16 years of high performance culture research to benchmark strengths and weaknesses, identify the leadership moves to best drive performance across Dealerships and Distribution Partners in Europe, North America, South America, and China, and certify internal leaders to implement the changes to increase sales performance.

The internal sales leaders will be responsible for 

  1. Analyzing high performance culture diagnostic results and agreeing on how to ensure the most dramatic improvement in sales performance across the sales organization.
  2. Implementing the two most impactful sales performance actions.
  3. Measuring the impact on the business
