Due to market conditions, this client changed their strategy and asked a group of senior leaders to collectively scale their teams to triple their capacity in twelve months. They were expected to align their strategies and teams, have a clear plan to successfully scale people and deliverables, and to communicate and implement agreed to action plans to the rest of the organization.

The team faced challenges common to high expectations and hyper growth including pressures such as increased customer expectations and demands for innovation, increased competition and complexity of offerings, highly matrixed work teams, growing attrition of top talent and shrinking time frames for execution.

Each program is preceded by an assessment of the participants. The course is then designed to fit the specific parameters and needs of the group. The highly interactive delivery is provided by recognized experts in their fields. On the spot coaching is provided during the program and each participant receives individual follow-up after the course. Courses can be delivered in-person or virtually.
