The purpose of the customized program was to understand the definition of Diversity and Inclusion, acquire tools and skills to work effectively across a broad range of cultural difference, be able to use these tools to affirm the company’s Diversity and Inclusion goals on a daily basis, appreciate and support the business case for diversity and inclusion, promote inclusions with employee micro-messages, understand the latest brain science and how we can use it to create allies across differences, and ensure managers know how they can, through their leadership, use key concepts and tools to create a culture of inclusion
